Russians hit the children’s hospital in the heart of Kyiv. In broad daylight, for no reason!!! Cause they can. They hit civilian hospitals in Mariupol, in Kherson, in Kyiv, in other cities. Правки Лозового мають бути терміново скасовані.

Якщо коротко: це норми для швидкого закриття кримінальних справ суто з формальних підстав.

Через правки Лозового можуть закрити справу Коломойського та ще з десяток топ-корупційних справ, а робота НАБУ та САП піде в одне місце через ці правки.

Міжнародні партнери також знають за ці правки, вже навіть посли G7 пишуть про їхнє скасування, а якщо цього не станеться, то фінансова підтримка України може зупинитись саме через депутатів, які тягнуть час і не хочуть прибирати ці правки.

Зараз повну відповідальність за невключення правок Лозового у законопроєкт №10060 щодо незалежності САП несе правоохоронний комітет під керівництвом нардепа від “Слуги народу” Сергія Іонушаса.

Голосування за №10060 у парламенті заплановано цього тижня.
