JUST IN: Attorney General Letitia James asked Judge Arthur Engoron to give an immediate decision supporting her claim that Trump and his corporation misled banks and business partners by fabricating financial statements about his wealth and the value of his properties.

Her request was made in court documents that were made public on Wednesday.

According to the attorney general of New York, a judge can find that Trump committed fraud while establishing his real estate enterprise without having to wait until a trial in October.
