Hey #Samsung how do I get my BRAND NEW stove fixed? Samsung care technician was at my house yesterday, said he was ordering a board and now my ticket is closed 😑 This has taken 3 weeks to get a human to look at the stove....did I mention it's BRAND NEW and won't heat up?
