@chetakofficial After 4months of use of Chetak 3503 is stopped in the road during lunch hour 1.30 pm (Just 500 meter to 1 km away from your Angul showroom). I called Angul service center as usual they are in lunch. Again I called around 3 pm but there is reply from them.....

I waited till 3.40pm after that I taken the same vehicle to the service center. Mechanics who are in the service center started immediately but who is in charge of the phone still there is no concrete reply what to do why there is no road side assistance available....

Why suddenly everyone is sharing same calculation of late fees applicable from 1st January, if there's no extension?

It is same every year.. extension in MCA filing is mere waiver of additional fees for a particular period and it's same every year.

Hey @MCA21India, can we talk about this? Companies are required to prepare their financial statements in hundreds, lakhs etc, yet while filing AOC 4 or Income Tax returns they must convert everything back to absolute rupees.

What is the purpose of this mismatch?

If every statutory filing needs absolute figures, why compel companies to use different units while preparing financial statements and create avoidable work for them?
