Finally got my refund from #tataplay.

@TataPlayin From 3 March to 5 may I have complained in DM and every time I have explained from start. But at that time also #tataplay couldn't find solution to my problem. And after 5 may when I have continuously complained in DM i didn't even get any reply. That's why I am posting publicly.

I think @TataPlayin don't know how to return back money. Because #tataplay looking for a solution from January and still couldn't find any.

@TataPlayin will deducted money instantly without warning but when it comes to returning back #tataplay is playing cheap trick by saying that my request is closed without refunding my money back. This is not the way such a huge and reputed company should work.😡😡😡😡

@VishalM75014651 I have cancelled my account on 24 Jan and my hardware was refunded and cancelled cheque was submitted on 31 Jan. I have complained to #tataplay many times But #tataplay is not refunding my money back. Now saying that my request is closed. Not solving my problem after complain

@TataPlayin worst service ever. #tataplay Just know how to deduct money without any reason but don't know how to give it back. Such a huge company and making me beg for my own money from JANUARY. And now saying my request is closed without refunding my money.

@TataPlayin made my experience worst. It wasn't happy viewing. I was promised to get my refund on 14 February but now it's may and #tataplay closed my request without refunding my money and also not giving support to solve this problem.
