@washingtongas Entering Day 47. @washingtongas responded promptly publicly yesterday and then did/said nothing. Was also promised a call back by end of day yesterday by Customer Advocate Stephanie and heard nothing. This is terrible #CustomerService! Refund needs to happen #today.
