You do realize it's a pandemic @FlyFrontier and @FrontierCare -- that you shouldn't force people to book tickets in 90 days just cause those are your rules. Oh and if people DO try to book on the 90th day, your system should work!

I accept it sucks to work phones at @FrontierCare but EMPOWER your associates! The woman I spoke to couldn't override the system for a technical problem on @FlyFrontier 's end. That sucks. It sucks for me losing $400 to asinine rules and for her and not being able to do her job.
