I tried contacting customer support multiple times in past 3 days, they are not helpful and the details provided to me via Whatsapp are useless, the call is going through but nobody is attending the call.

@delhivery Hi , today i was supposed to receive an order from Delhivery. The experience was frightening and traumatic, the delivery agent was reluctant to pickup the call when he picked the call he was aggressive and arrogant and he threatened me and left. What should i do?

@surajsaharan - Apologies for adding you here, l had no other option left. If you could read my concern stated above you'll understand my pain. I raised a complaint against delivery executive misbehaviour 24hr ago, no action or reply from Delhivery yet. Poor customer support !

When I initially posted message in X, I was asked to share AWB number, which I did yesterday. However, it’s been more than 48hr since the incident happened, there is no response or action or neither did i receive my product.

@we_are_cult Disappointed with the unprofessional and rude customer service at Cult Fitness, Botanical Garden Center, Hyderabad. Center managers are unhelpful and uncaring, impacting not just me but other members too. Good trainers aren't enough; we need better management!
