@Apple follow-up to my first post…I have been without a phone going on 5 days! If Apple Care is worldwide then why is it so hard to file a claim and get a new phone while traveling if your phone is stolen? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

@Apple the process you have in place for Apple Care is ridiculous!! I had my phone stolen in London while on vacation. I live in Japan but because I purchased my phone in Japan and thereby, my Apple Care in Japan, I have to file a claim with the Japan AIG which is a fiasco!!

@Lowes I have spent 3 hours at your store today, managers were great but none of the employees at customer service know how to work the progressive program you offer. Employees need training. Waited another 45 min for my items to be brought out. #beyondfrustrated

@SuperiorEquip I am a Ryan Homes warranty customer and needed a warranty check on my HAVAC because it seems to be struggling cooling the house down. I know it is very hot out but I have never been so disrespected by a technician in my life. Buddy needs customer service training.
