@Lowes we’re currently on our 5th attempt to get an incorrect delivery resolved over the phone. So far this time I’ve been on hold going on 13 minutes without speaking to a human. The other 4 times we got hung up on or disconnected. This is very disappointing and frustrating
@Lowes I finally spoke to someone after asking to speak to a manager and getting transferred to another person that wasn’t a manager. The total call time was 35 minutes, 31 of which I was on hold. Supposedly the correct product will be delivered on Monday. I’ll believe it when I see it.
