@Microsoft tried to redeem microsoft awards for a chance to win an Xbox. I got denied because my account didn't align with your MSA? They gave me several reasons, but none apply to any action I have taken knowingly or unknowingly. I'm a paying Microsoft365 user and I'm baffled.

@ATTHelp under contract and informed my rate is increasing and autopayment credit is decreasing. 22 year customer and this has never happened. Additionally, I'm no longer receiving credit for wife's phone after trade-in and cs won't help. Credit stipulated for trade in.

Thank you @UPS for delivering a ground shipment a day earlier than what was promised from the merchant. However, what has become a trend with @FedExHelp still waiting for an overnight shipment that has been at my local FedEx for 2 days without delivery.

@FedEx express truck drove by my house today with my overnighted package and failed to deliver. Something that was imperative I receive today. There was a time when Fedex was at the top, now the question is, can FedEx even compete with usps #incompetence

Been a @blckriflecoffee customer going on 2 yrs. Lately, delivery times have been inconsistent... not a big deal. However, my last delivery had a damaged bag of beyond black. I have been emailing cust service for 5 days without a response. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@SketchUp have waited hours for support to contact me because I'm having issues renewing Pro that exp 3 days ago. Might have to use Fusion360 exclusively going forward. I get support from them within 30 minutes when I need it. 🤷‍♂️

@DirectEnergy Funny... signed renewal on March 30. Told new rate takes effect on May 28... has not. Getting the run around. Now told 1-2 months for new rate. But contract length already in effect. #directenergy #ripoff
