A recently released human documentary highlights #FELIX's real-world impact through the story of a 44-year-old fan, Choi I-su. In the video, I-su shares how Felix's music and content helped her navigate a profoundly difficult period in her life, which previously required heavy daily medication and professional recommendations for hospitalization.
To express her gratitude, I-su spent a year working with a team of fellow fans to organize a multi-day birthday cafe event for Felix in Hongdae, Seoul. Utilizing her 24 years of experience as a professional nail artist, she ran a booth at the venue where she hand-painted BbokAri onto the fingernails of visiting fans. The event drew over 100 visitors on its opening day, illustrating how the connection between an artist and a fan can foster positive personal transformation and community engagement.

❝ I used to be someone who didn't like celebrities at all. And I was truly a person who couldn't understand people who liked celebrities. But I was going through a very difficult time. I developed depression, social anxiety, and panic disorder - so many things hit me all at once in a complicated way that I was even recommended for hospitalization. The amount of medication I had to take every single day was just too much. After spending a few years living like that, I was scrolling through Reels, and Yongbok has an incredibly deep voice. So I happened to catch a scene where he was singing with STAYs in that deep voice. That was the exact moment I became a fan of this child, Yongbok, and from then on, I gradually started reducing my medication. Eventually, the hospital told me "You don't need to come anymore, you are completely cured", and I successfully finished my treatment. So right now, thanks to Yongbok, I am truly living a second life. That is why to me, he is truly a life saver. Even though they say I am completely cured now, there are still times when I feel down or sad. Whenever that happens, I look up his videos and always gain strength. All of those hard memories just completely disappear. ❞
