I'm unable to download my trip invoices from both the app and website. I've raised multiple complaints and tried reaching support, but there's been zero resolution. A significant amount of my money is stuck due to missing invoices. This is unacceptable.

@ola_supports I am yet to get a resolution to this, by when can I expect it's been a very long time I am behind this. Bcs of the issue I am not able to use Ola for work. You are loosing a customer

@airvistara Hi , As per you DM , I connected with the travel agency and they have confirmed that the ticket was canceled but you have not mentioned about refund. Please let us know how many days will we have to wait for this to get resolved ?

@airvistara I have shared the same with you. We also have a video of one of your staffs confirming that the ticket amount including tax and convince fee will be refunded to the source account

@airvistara Dear Vistara, Are you playing April fool with your passengers??? If so it's already 2nd April... can we get a pilot for our flight from Bengaluru to kochi UK 505.. seems like you guys missed to assign piolets... we were supposed to fly out by 7 30 still here in BLR

@airvistara We had to cancel the ticket and book another flight. You staff was unable to provide any proper communication on when the flight will take off. We are waiting for the refund now till now no mail or communication regarding refund has come to me.

Thanks... but now you have filled our heart with anger and worry of reaching our destination on time
