An Australian judge just let a violent rapist avoid prison time because he found that the culprit did not understand that rape was against Australian values and cultural norms.

The rapist had only moved to Australia six months prior to the attack, so his lack of understanding meant that the judge found him less morally responsible for the rape.

The girl testified that the rape destroyed her life, but her suffering was ignored in favour of a foreigner who should not even be in Australia.

This deserves just as much attention as the Cornell 7.

He makes no mention of the Gazan civilians who also crossed into Israel and participated in the savagery.
