Customer Care/Appellate team advised me to use it next year. Pls help

@JioCare Next time means next year... Recharge is correct as I have 2 account it goes in wrong account which I didn't intend the same.. Why this recharge is successful if I have already have one year plan active.. Do check thoroughly while replying same sentence everytime

जबकि उनके पश्चात विभाग से रिटायर हुए कर्मचारियों को भुगतान कर दिया गया ।मेरी माता जी बार बार विभाग की चक्कर लगवाए जा रहे हैं ।आपसे अनुरोध है कि कि उनके भुगतान में मदद करें ।
