@monomutt Personally, I learned how to make sites by copying others. Of course, not stuff like Twitter or YouTube, but some small sites from 2000s/early 2010s that don't use fancy frameworks.
For beginners, I've heard NeoCities is a great option. Haven't tried it myself though...
@monomutt It's just plain HTML and CSS with a bit of JavaScript. Nothing too fancy really!
There's plenty of materials that cover the basics of website building out there, you can also use "Inspect element" in your browser to see how things are done.
If I had only 10 seconds to show my combat... well, I definitely wouldn't do it right. Because Wordsword is a word game, which happened to have some combat in it. It's also a tower defense. Somehow.
