@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia Trying to reach customer care for so long, but your bot neither connects me to an agent nor resolves my issue. Is there any way to speak to a real person, or should I port my SIM? Never faced such poor service in other companies

Reported case is closed without any resolution and without any response @BPCLLPG @PMOIndia @HardeepSPuri kindly look into this and please take proper action

Rescheduled my IndiGo ticket (PNR: DF9ZVB) due to a medical emergency based on customer care assurance of a voucher refund after document submission. After a week of follow-ups, it was denied due to policy. Disappointed with the misinformation and lost time. @IndiGo6E

Still no response from @Swiggy. It's unacceptable that customers are left unheard, wasting both time and money due to an error on their end. Accountability matters.

@Swiggy I ordered a Wednesday Value Chicken Meal (Order ID: 214069125759868) but received a wrong order (ID: 214069366066968). Despite contacting support, there's been no resolution. Kindly look into this urgently. Proofs attached. #SwiggySupport

Vote Chori
