@TataPlayin Dear Tata Play, first you charged us, an individual subscriber, to fix a community dish serving 100s of homes. Then service went out again and has not been fixed for two days. Really poor show.
Mailed. Learnt neighbours were right-no service. Why not inform clients in advance? Discontinue. But give notice. Your call center is accepting complaints and unaware. Disappointed. Very poor handling.
