2. Don't forget what writing means to you. Don't let your critical voice speak when you're in the drafting phase, but only listen to the creative voice telling you how much you love to write.

I literally doubled my daily word count by implementing these two pieces of advice:
1. Don't check your phone in the morning or have coffee or anything that could possibly give you dopamine. Write immediately and get dopamine from the writing process first thing each day.
