@SnapmintEmi I made a payment of Rs. 804 to Traya. Total 3 installments of 804, and I made a down payment yesterday. After the payment, the network went down. The amount was debited but not credited to Traya. Kindly reverse the amount.

I am going to lodge a complaint against the SBI card, for using rowdies to recover overdues and threatening, as per legal notice you are giving 15 days to pay. Rowdy is asking for immediate payment.

@SBICard_Connect Due to some financial issues I am unable to pay my credit card dues and I requested and received legal notice on 23/10/2024 and got time for pay minimum overdues before 15 days but I got call from your SBI card rowdy and he is telling I have to pay today.
