Totally unacceptable as a financial institution of small business of America!!! Clearly Chase is not about small business and your stats mean nothing! You are a bank of your own bottom line not about supporting small business during covid-19.

@Chase @ChaseforBiz Thanks for nothing. Literally. I filed the first day and have not heard one word. I got that “we will do better” mass email yesterday but nothing else. Uploaded all my docs. A steakhouse gets funded but a sole proprietor asking for 10k doesn’t even get a response. You stink.

@Chase @JVNLA We are a small business, less than 20 employees. We submitted about 15 minutes after Chase started accepting requests. We did not receive funding due to Chase prioritizing huge massive companies. We are in the process of closing down our accounts with Chase. #LeaveChaseNow

@ChaseforBiz got our app in and confirmation. Had a few times where we got"this part of site is not working" but kept retrying and got everything. Thank you Chase tech team, know you are working hard to allow customers to apply onkine!!
