¿El secreto?

• Sus arcos transforman el peso en compresión, haciéndolo increíblemente resistente.
• Sus pilares están diseñados para reducir la fuerza del agua y evitar la erosión.
• Y lo más sorprendente: su hormigón puede “autorrepararse”. Cuando aparecen pequeñas grietas y entra agua, la cal reacciona formando cristales que las sellan de forma natural.

Mientras muchas estructuras modernas requieren constantes reparaciones, esta obra de ingeniería ha sobrevivido guerras, inundaciones y el paso de los siglos.

A veces, la tecnología más impresionante no es la más nueva, sino la que fue capaz de desafiar al tiempo.

Χθες στο σταθμό μετρό στο Σύνταγμα ήθελα να κάνω ανάληψη από ΑΤΜ Πειραιώς. Είδα ότι το ΑΤΜ της Πειραιώς έχει αντικατασταθεί από ένα εταιρείας . Τέλος πάντων, έκανα την ανάληψη, ειδοποιήθηκα ότι έχει 1.5€ προμήθεια και είπα σήμερα να το ψάξω λίγο.
