Cabinet has approved the integration and continuation of SARTHAK-PDS as an umbrella scheme marking a significant step towards building a unified, transparent and citizen-centric Public Distribution System under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji.

With a central outlay of ₹25,530 crore for the 16th Finance Commission period and continuation till 31 March 2031, the scheme will strengthen food security for 81.35 crore NFSA beneficiaries through improved foodgrain movement, modernised supply-chain management and enhanced support for States/UTs and FPS dealers.

The integration of SMART-PDS initiatives, Aadhaar seeding, e-PoS automation, AI-driven monitoring and grievance systems, along with technologies such as AI, ML and Blockchain, will further improve efficiency, transparency and last-mile delivery across the country.

आज विज्ञान भवन में विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति (SMC) Guidelines के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर दिल्ली के माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री श्री @ashishsood_bjp, छत्तीसगढ़ के माननीय स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री श्री @GajendraYdvBJP, शिक्षकगण एवं विशिष्ट अतिथियों के साथ सम्मिलित होने का सुखद अवसर मिला।

ये दिशानिर्देश स्कूल, परिवार और समाज के बीच एक सशक्त भावनात्मक एवं सामाजिक साझेदारी को संस्थागत रूप देने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल हैं। SMC को शिक्षक, अभिभावक और विद्यार्थियों के बीच प्रभावी सेतु बनाते हुए शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता, डिजिटल संसाधनों के उपयोग और विद्यालयी वातावरण की सतत निगरानी में सक्रिय भूमिका निभानी होगी।

नई पीढ़ी की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए कक्षा 3 से computational thinking और AI आधारित शिक्षण की शुरुआत की गई है। साथ ही, बच्चों के पोषण को सुदृढ़ करना और 'एक पेड़ मां के नाम' जैसे अभियानों के माध्यम से मूल्य आधारित शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना भी हमारी प्राथमिकताओं में है। समग्र शिक्षा अभियान, पीएम श्री, पीएम पोषण, अटल टिंकरिंग लैब्स और उल्लास जैसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से शिक्षा क्षेत्र में व्यापक परिवर्तन हो रहा है।

Foundational एवं Digital Literacy में सुधार, dropout दर में निरंतर कमी और छात्राओं, विशेषकर STEM क्षेत्र में, अवसरों के विस्तार हेतु प्रत्येक जिले में 500 बेड के छात्रावास की पहल इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं।

जब विद्यालय और समुदाय परस्पर विश्वास और साझा उत्तरदायित्व के साथ कार्य करते हैं, तब शिक्षा एक समग्र सामाजिक प्रक्रिया बन जाती है, जो बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास और राष्ट्र निर्माण की आधारशिला रखती है।

Democracy in Bengal is being held at gunpoint and the refusal to accept the electoral verdict lays this reality bare.

Mandates are being treated less like the people’s voice and more like suggestions open to rejection.

The refusal of @MamataOfficial to accept the spirit of the mandate raises a serious question: Is power being treated as a responsibility or merely as an entitlement?

People of Bengal would've expected humility after a public mandate. What we are witnessing instead is resistance to accountability by @AITCofficial.

In the process of clinging to power, Mamata Banerjee is not just rejecting the people’s mandate but also attempting to erode the credibility of institutions like @ECISVEEP and security forces undermining the very pillars that ensure free, fair and secure elections.

Bengal had long been subjected to a governance model marked by intimidation, syndicate networks and entrenched political patronage. Her defiance is not an exception. It is the clearest confirmation of that very system.

A true democrat bows to the people. A dictator clings to office despite them.

This mandate of Bengal is a rejection of fear, a rejection of coercion and a demand for accountability. To ignore it is to undermine the very foundation of democratic legitimacy.

The Constitution of India does not recognise stubbornness as a virtue in governance. Accountability is not optional and mandates are non- negotiable
