Nurse ult. Ult changes the hero’s color to black and then gradually returns to the usual white. Looks like her ult will apply a “Fear” effect to enemies: it silences them and makes them automatically run away from you. She probably also has a “Drain” like LadyG. Maybe her suitcase can be used at point-blank range to bite HP off the enemy (lifesteal).
