I am an anxious communicator. For years I thought that was a flaw in me. Then I realised something: a lot of the anxiety was never mine. It belonged to the medium.

Objects are not mute; they arrive with a form, a memory of function, and a latent appetite for transformation. If one pays attention long enough, the object begins to disclose a wider life.
This body of work comes from listening to that disclosure. A study in becoming: how a humble form can migrate across scales and meanings without losing its inner logic. The paper clip remains itself, yet continues into other futures where use becomes language, and language becomes world.

Nightmare on L's Street
In sleep, the mind stops negotiating with what it knows. The body becomes honest. And some histories so brutal they refuse polite distance and return as nightmares first as a form of visitation. This is how it arrived: Lumumba's last hours crossing my dreamscape, then spilling into my room as shadow on the ceiling. A horror so vivid it found a surface to live on. A memory so insistent on being seen, even when the eyes would rather close.
This is Shadow Testament, a visual study that treats shadow as evidence of presence: there was light, therefore there was a body; there was a body, therefore there was a life worth defending. Here, the shadow is not a trick of lighting but a soul's protest. A testimony that arrives when you are most defenceless, because that is when truth stops performing.
This is a tribute to Patrice Lumumba. Not a monument. A wake. A vow. A private room turned into archive so his ending cannot be made quiet.

The modern demand to be "brandable" is a request for slow, voluntary self-mutilation.
This manuscript is my answer.
