@imsoemokthx @Wowhead Had the same issue as a druid. Turned off all my addons and I was able to cast the required spell from the button in the quest tracker even though I didnt have the ability (Solar Beam).

@Wowhead I would avoid legion leveling. Seems to be alot of bugs.
Ex: Currently new druids don't receive [Dreamwalk] upon finishing the affiliated quest, which results in them having to run to Val'Sharah (no flightpaths from Dalaran) through the druid portal to enter their order hall.

Leveling in legion (druid): completed the Quest to get the Dreamwalk ability to return to the order hall but I dont have the ability. Currently stuck in Dalaran and dont have any flight paths.

Come to Think of it, this might be a problem for more specs leveling in legion required to use specific abilities to get their artifact weapons. @BlizzardCSEU_EN
