It's not court/bill we need, we need action and whoever is involved should be cross questioned in open court.

@hvgoenka When he is asking people to reduce usage. I did not see any where he is asking the billionaires to help the common people who will loss job when the hotels reduce 10%of their capacity. Same applies with petrol pump/taxi driver/ truk drivers etc etc. Their EMI? Livelihood.?

Landline approx from early 90s yrs.
So I know about the plans. My question is about the auto deduction of money when a validity gets over.
I don't know where to complaint.
Also I could not see an yearly Intl Roaming plan

Why BSNL is deducting money when the plan expires& when money in the wallet. You mean prepaid cause there is freedome to choose. I was in Dubai for one month& when plan expired, daily it charged 5₹ and lost for the entire wallet money.
