If you’re not getting enough sleep, then sleep consistency becomes much more important.

This study found that people whose bedtime varied by ~1.5 hours from night to night had *double* the risk of a major adverse cardiovascular event if they got <8 hrs of sleep.

No real risk increase among “irregular” sleepers getting >8 hrs per night.

I really miss how easy it was to find a Doctor back in India. Just use any of the apps, find 100s of Doctors and also get medicine pretty easily using online and offline stores. The experience with US healthcare has not been that seamless compared to back home.

@0xlelouch_ Possible enumeration attack on the server. It should be fairly straightforward to reverse engineer the all user ids based on current design.
Use a trie with XOR filters and you'd fetch the XOR filter to do presence checks. Fallback to DB during actual creation. Storage $$$ saved.

@NeonWhiteRabbit Tf are you talking about? There are hardly any seats that cost only that much in India. Even the top scorers in NEET with free seats (free tuition) have to pay an amount that is far higher than you quoted.

@ChShersh @VicVijayakumar Say that to my grey hair I got after working at G as a Senior Engineer for 3 years. Startup hustle is different and I never once felt "Man this shit is hard!" in 4 yrs because it's more about longer hours and staying scrappy. Working at FAANG comes with it's own major challenges.
