So... New York (rightly!) expanded the definition of what counts as rape. More survivors (thankfully!) came forward. As a result, official rates of rape increased. So Mamdani was... right and everyone is just yelling about this in bad faith?

@bioluminosity if you really had to be a -fun person it could just only allow darkness verbs so slow, unravel, and sever cause then its a lore thing as an excuse for balance i just feel like while LC is good it could just be so much better (like 1k in terms of flavor)

@bioluminosity should've made the catalyst able to leech other elemental debuffs but only 1 at a time for "balance". like a 4th circle on scope and its color shows what debuff you leeched imagine scorching volatile or slowed weaken shit would be crazy
