I called Sunwing and was told to submit an online request for customer service and that I would hear back within 1-2 business days. That was 4 days ago. I am being ignored.

We are very disappointed to report that we only tracked 31 approvals today (18 US, 10 eTA, 3 VV). Only 10 of those were applicants from the first 2 days. The 14 business day deadline is tomorrow for those who submitted on the first day, yet 300+ from 10/8-9 remain unprocessed.
