Rahul Gandhi @RahulGandhi फिर Form 6 के “illegal change” का दावा कर रहे हैं। लेकिन ECI का कहना है कि statutory Form 6 में बदलाव नहीं किया गया था, SIR के दौरान उसके साथ एक additional Declaration जोड़ी गई थी।

30 September को SIR पूरा हो चुके राज्यों में ये additional Declaration भी हटा दी गई और applicants के लिए statutory Form 6 बहाल कर दिया गया।

और ECI के मुताबिक, SIR से जुड़ी ये Declaration Supreme Court द्वारा uphold की जा चुकी थी।
तो सवाल यही है, Form 6 बदला था, या SIR-specific Declaration जोड़ी गई थी?
