This is what we are upset about. Is like if u have a partner at work whr u have a project with and just decide to work in another project with another person while doing with u and then leave u. It seems bad and hurtful

I need people to understand that what everyone is upset about isn't the fact that he has a new partner. It's the fact that he i had this new partner while still being involved with his previous one, and then did things like this right in front of him. That's what people are angry about.

And I'll say this again: this is not okay behaviour. Even though I love and support him, I cannot pretend that it is. You shouldn't treat someone like that.
If you no longer wanted to be in that relationship, you should have ended it a long time ago. At the very least, back at the beginning of the year, when you seemingly started distancing yourself. I remember you stopped interacting with his social media posts around April, or something like that. If that's when things started changing, you should have had that conversation and ended things then.

I have so much more to say, but I genuinely want to keep loving and supporting him, so I'll leave the rest of my thoughts in DMs instead. Because, honestly, none of this makes the situation any better.
