To be fair, the original was casted terribly too. Hugh Jackman was a terrible pick for Wolverine, but it worked out. I mean, shit, Wolverine is supposed to only be 5'3". Either way, I doubt height will be the main contention with casting now. Also, you can't get more perfect than Patrick Stewart for Xavier.
I need to find my old Wizard magazine that they use to do movie picks for who they thought should play the live action versions and they did one for X-men in the mid 90s.
