@Dogman1013 Glad you are home. Best advice, when recover from this bout, from my sisters Dr ( 4 of my siblings have had it & mom passed in her 90’s from it), when you feel discomfort in abdomen. No food for 24 hrs, just water and gingerale. 🙏

⚠️🚨 ATTENTION NYC: THIS DOG NEEDS HELP 🚨⚠️

Concerned neighbors in Brooklyn are reporting a heartbreaking and deeply disturbing situation involving a dog that has been kept on a balcony for nearly two years.

The dog is not being taken outside for walks at all. According to multiple neighbors, it is kept on the balcony 24/7, regardless of the weather. Neighbors report seeing the dog lying in its own urine next to its feces. They also say the dog is sometimes left without water and is food.

The dog reportedly barks frequently and appears to be in distress.

How is this allowed to continue?

Multiple neighbors say they have already contacted 311, animal control, and the police but say the situation has continued.

One neighbor wrote in a message: “I'm glad someone else noticed that dog has been on that balcony for almost two years surrounded by its feces and urine fed 2-3 times a week but only once a day the owner never walked the dog.

I've taken a lot of pictures even of the owner I've called 311 on numerous occasions and animal control and the police department to no avail! And I even sent an email to the property manager with pictures nothing was done...

One time recently the fender didn't feed or give water for 5 days it rained and the dog was licking the rails of the balcony because it was so thirsty.”

There is power in numbers. Please don’t ignore this.

@syntax2600 My doctor wants me to get the shingles vaccine and one of the things she says about it is that there’s evidence that it helps prevent dementia.
I haven’t done it yet, but I’m seriously considering getting the shingles vaccine. I do get a flu vaccine but not Covid .

This is beyond heartbreaking!!!

This is beautiful , 3 year old, GSD named Millie, #A5171470 , who was surrendered to the “shelter” due to her owner moving to a new home that wouldn’t allow her 💔

Her previous owner said she was very loving with the family , and regular visitors that came over . She was good with a little Pug they had . She needs slow introductions, and is leery with strangers .

She is located at , MCACC East Shelter , in Mesa , Arizona .

Please go and Adopt or offer to foster her so that a rescue can pull her . Fostering is Free through a Rescue .

This awful “shelter” has her housed where the public can’t even see her!!🤬

Sharing Millie on social media is her only hope of being seen and saved🙏

🚨Critically Urgent in Central , CA~Foster or Adopter needed Now

This is so heartbreaking!

This is beautiful , 1 year old Peach and Spot. They came into the shelter together . They are obviously terrified , and are under socialized . It doesn’t seem they have had any positive human interaction💔 They are very bonded.

Volunteers at the shelter are really hoping they can be fostered or adopted together or at least be in families that will let them see each other some.

Both are due to be 💉 tomorrow morning, Weds. 9/16 at 6:30am PT, at Stanislaus Animal Services Agency, in Modesto, CA‼️

A Rescue will need a Foster or Fosters in order to pull them today. Fostering is Free through the shelter if you live within 50 miles of it . Outside that area it’s Free through a Rescue .

Please Share Spot and Peach. Today is their last day to find a loving home🙏

@jon_wertheim Agree. But I that I found Mary Carrillo’s comments while commenting on the men’s finals to to be disgusting. She kept harping on it when she should’ve been talking about the match, the players,how their fathers are their coaches, there was lots to talk about in that match.

This handsome, 2 year old boy named Snoop was dumped at the kill shelter , and all his low life owner that dumped him had to say about him is he’s “scared”. They kept him outside day and night💔

He’s been at, Chesterfield Square / South LA shelter, for around a month, and is due to be killed at any time now ‼️

Please Go and Adopt or offer to Foster this handsome boy who’s had a bad life .
