Alors que nos navires approchent des côtes de Gaza, voguant vers la Palestine pour briser le blocus israélien illégal, le risque d'interception par les forces d'occupation israéliennes s'accroît.

Not a combatant. Not armed.
Just a paramedic on the front lines saving lives.
Israel dropped a bomb on his ambulance, killing him instantly.
Breaking:
Thiago Avila and Saif Abu Keshek to be released!
@AdalahEnglish MEDIA UPDATE:
Today, the Shabak Israeli intelligence agency informed Adalah’s legal team that Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF) activists and leaders Thiago Ávila and Saif Abukeshek would be released from Israeli detention today, Saturday 9 May 2026.
They will be handed to Israel’s immigration authorities later today and kept in custody pending their deportation.
Adalah is closely monitoring development to make sure that the release from detention goes ahead, followed by their deportation from Israel in the coming days.
Adalah stressed that Ávila and Abukeshek have been held unlawfully by Israel for over a week after being taken into Israeli detention, since the early hours of Thursday, 30 May 2026 when they were abducted by the Israeli navy. Throughout their detention, they were held in total isolation under punitive conditions despite the purely civilian nature of their mission. Both activists have been on a hunger strike since that time, which Abukeshek escalated to refusing water on the evening of 5 May.
The activists were abducted from an Italian-flagged vessel, placing them under Italian jurisdiction. The operation is a clear violation of international law. The Italian government has already condemned Israel’s move as illegal.
In May 2024, @IDF Sgt. Dolev Mor Yossef posted this photo on his Instagram - posing with two blindfolded Palestinian women.
The two women have not been seen since.

New testimonies from recently released Palestinian detainees reveal the horrifying abuse endured by Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, who has been imprisoned by Israel since December 27, 2024.
Three former prisoners described a man physically and psychologically shattered by torture, starvation, humiliation, and relentless violence.
Ahmad Qaddas said he could barely recognize Dr. Abu Safiya because of how severely he had deteriorated.
He described him sitting for hours in a daze, barely able to speak, while prisoners helplessly listened to his screams during brutal beatings.
Anyone who tried to help him was reportedly punished with violent tear gas raids.
Another released detainee, Hamza Abu Omeira, said Dr. Abu Safiya suffered constant vomiting, was unable to keep food down, and was deliberately denied medical treatment.
Prisoners were reportedly shackled by both hands and feet for seven consecutive days.
Under torture, Dr. Abu Safiya was allegedly forced to repeat degrading insults about himself in an attempt to break his spirit and humanity.
A third witness recounted seeing him stripped naked after interrogation, beaten mercilessly, then attacked by police dogs that clawed at him and threw him to the ground.
All three witnesses warned that Dr. Abu Safiya may not survive much longer if he is not released immediately.
A healer who dedicated his life to saving others is now being slowly destroyed behind prison walls while the world watches in silence.
According to reports, Dr. Abu Safiya is one of at least 737 Palestinian medical workers detained by Israel since the beginning of the war.

⛵️ NEW: The Global Sumud Flotilla says Palestinian-Spanish-Swedish activist Saif Abukeshek’s condition is deteriorating inside Israel’s Shikma detention facility after escalating his hunger strike into a dry hunger strike.
A newly disclosed report from Swedish consular officials following a prison visit says Saif was subjected to threats, psychological abuse, violent transfers, prolonged blindfolding, and interrogations where Israeli officers allegedly told him he would “spend [his] life rotting in jail” and never see his family again. Officials also warned about his worsening health.
Abukeshek was detained after Israeli forces seized a Gaza-bound flotilla in international waters near Greece, abducting and transferring him to Israel.
While detained illegally by the israeli regime, Saif has faced death threats, threats against his family, prolonged stress positions so severe he required oxygen, violent transfers, and relentless interrogation. He has now entered a dry hunger strike.
The governments of Spain, Brazil, and Sweden must act immediately to protect their citizens and demand their release. The world must act to uphold international law, justice, and basic humanity.
After days on top of that bridge, Guido Reichstadter is finally down and free after being jailed for his act of protest.
No food. No water. Wind. Rain. Arrest. And still, his message was simple: “We have the power. We just have to have the courage to use it.”
Guido climbed that bridge to demand an end to war and to remind all of us that ordinary people still have the power to resist violence and empire through courage and nonviolent action.
We call for the release of activists #Saif Abu Keshek and #Thiago Avila who's arbitrary detention has been extended by an Israeli court after the unlawful interception of the #GlobalSumudFlotilla vessels in international waters last week.
The two activists were participating in a peaceful solidarity mission aiming to break Israel's unlawful blockade of the #Gaza Strip and deliver aid to Palestinians struggling to survive under Israel’s genocide and unlawful occupation.
They are at great risk of human rights abuses, including torture and other ill-treatment given @amnesty's previous documentation of the abuse inflicted on flotilla activists detained in October 2025 at the hands of the Israeli authorities
It is especially concerning that Saif Abu Keshek, a Palestinian-Spanish-Swedish national, is being detained on suspicion of affiliation with a terrorist organization given Israel's discriminatory laws and persistent record of harassment and oppression of Palestinians under Israel’s system of apartheid. Israel must immediately release them and ensure they are protected while in custody.
Israel’s defiance of international law must end. The ICJ has been clear: Israel’s #occupation is unlawful and must be brought to an end. States must act now to restore some faith in international law by holding Israel accountable for its violations and crimes.
