Yesterday, staff of Green Concern for Development participated in an Accountability Training aimed at strengthening our commitment to transparency, community engagement, and responsible program implementation. The session enhanced staff capacity on how to listen to community voices, respond to feedback, and ensure that our interventions remain people-centered and effective. Accountability is not just a principle, it is the foundation of trust between organizations and the communities we serve.
