My mother is on a life support machine - at home dialysis. The Illuminating Company had her file a form to notify them and give her preference during outages. Her power has been off since 2pm Saturday3/25. Every home but hers and one neighbor has been restored.

She hasn’t had dialysis since Friday and must have it tonight, yet she’s being told (by computer, not humans) that she’ll be restored by 4pm Tuesday 3/28. Not a single person has been dispatched to determine the cause. Some preference! This should be investigated!
