First of all you told that is due to system upgradation now you guys are telling server downtime.
What is the actual cause?? Can you clarify or making us fool.

Please better your service it is so much annoying we are waiting since morning and same issue is persisting.

Very pathetic service of payment bank, i have updated the address kyc and scanned the qr code that you have sent through mailer, more than 2 weeks ago, but my status is paused at documents verification pending. Please solve the issue.

@MyIndianBank I have contacted 2 times with indian bank helpline complaint number, but the upi payment technical issue is not solved yet, very poor service.

@MyIndianBank Experiencing very poor service from digital banking, two times my payment was failed today, even i am unable to check my account balance.
Even in indOasis is it not opening and other upi platform like phonepe, gpay it is showing technical isse with your bank.

@JioCare It is currently not available, we are facing so much problems as having no stable high speed internet services it will be better if your team took this as urgent and kindly take necessary steps to provide that area with fibre network facilities 🙏🙏
