You should have had a decent app go track..which u dont have.
You should atleast have good customer support, with prompt response and action. Even that you don't have.
After refusing entry for the kids, indigo took enough time to unload that baggage from the flight. The time which could have otherwise helped the kids onboard. Weird!! Expecting some proper responses at least here for why that was the case.

The seats of those kids who missed the flight were from 31A to 31F. But when I boarded the flight I could see only seats till row 30. Add to that, the baggage of the kids were already checked in. 4/n
@ola_supports Ola has to reconsider the rating. No point in showing a 4+ rating for the driver in the ola app, jus for that person to be rude and threaten passengers.

Jus wondering how the driver's rating is decided. Yesterday I boarded a cab for which the driver rating was 4.7. he was rude, unethical, and tried to drop us (a family of 4 with a toddler) midway in a deserted place. How to feel safe with ola now ?
@ola_supports A complaint was raised. Ola safety team is looking into it. But it is better to get a proper confirmation about the rating and even better if it is public.
