@agoda - We had an awful experience with you. Never did I ever think that after you sent an email confirming that the hotel partner had confirmed my reservation, I would find during check-in that the booking was cancelled by you without notifying me. And I had to pay double.

One of the worst online travel agencies I have purchased airline tickets from.
They can't even do the basic job of refunding cancelled tickets when the airline has given a confirmation proof.
