@KLM I would like to reschedule my journey and calling your customer care India for assistance. They have been asking me to call later - when I call later, again they ask me to call later. most of the times they disconnect my call. Is this a joke? Your customer service is shit
@KLM dear klm, do recruit ppl who have basic common sense of how to speak with your customers who call for basic assistance or information. KLM India call centre asked me to call later before 8 pm ist to get info on rescheduling as they cannot provide now!?!? Why?!?!?

@EurekaforbesIN Bought a robot vacuum from Reliance Digital. Your customer care refused 1-yr warranty registration unless I paid extra. Why should I pay more when buying from your authorized seller? I had confirmed 3 times before purchase that warranty applies across all channels
@EurekaforbesIN I only reached out to register my new product for warranty as mentioned on the original packaging. I never raised any complaint, nor did Eureka share any tracking number. I only have the email response & what they stated is against consumer law & misleading post-purchase.
