@Zolenceofficial Great

Booked a bus from @makemytrip for journey from Prayagraj to Delhi (Laxmi Holidays). Bus was scheduled at 6:30pm. I reached the boarding point on time. There was no bus when I called they said it will be late. @makemytripcare @makemytrip @Rajesh_Magow @redBus_in @YatraOfficial

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

Nobody took action this is how big companies handle situations? @makemytrip

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

After going so much mental and physical exhaustion I am the one who has been frauded and gotten no refund for a bus I never boarded. @makemytrip @makemytripcare @myogioffice @myogiadityanath look what is going on to people who visit Prayagraj!

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

No one updated me anything post that I kept on calling but no one responded when I called at 12am ish the bus person that I have no booking. He was very rude and he said the bus has left. @makemytrip @makemytripcare

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

This is beyond ridiculous. I somehow with help of @Uppolice found my way out but what if something would have happened to me and my wife because of @makemytrip @makemytripcare and Laxmi giving no care about passengers.

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]

@SanjaySingh4RJD @laluprasadrjd @RJDforIndia @RabriDeviRJD @yadavtejashwi @abarisiddiqui @JagdanandSingh2 @darbhanga_rjd @patna_RJD @yuva_rajad Absolutely right 👍

[Krishan mohan Singh @Krishan37127340]
