Homebuyers of @SBuildhome have given 95% payment in 2014, but even after 12yrs:
1. Construction is at 50% only
2. Licenses expired in 2016

Builder's bail is dismissed from @SupremeCourtIND , but after 3 weeks also @EOWDelhi is unable to arrest the builder.
