They have the worst customer service , they are only asking us to call the relationship manager but the relationship manager is not attending our calls

They are literally scamming and looting people and even keeps ur life in danger by provider worst condition cars

First they ask to pay for money to give car owner derails and then say the car is not available and can't give refund and ask us to select another which is in worst condition and they force us try

The is in full of worst conditions and not drivable.. Then they say return the car we will refund. Then they play with us saying refund will be credit soon. It's about 48 hours after we cancelled still no one responding and refund is not initiated still.

@TheOfficialSBI They are asking me to contact the home branch. Why should I need to contact a home branch in person in the world of internet. You can give a credit card, and loan without anything but when its customers want you guys are simply saying contact home branch. 2/2

I asked for a replacement, but the service was available at that time & asked to come back again later, later when I went they were saying the order delivered by otp so we cant

I have ordered a 2 10 grams silver coin from swiggy instamart. 1 of them is not delivered. Even the delivery boy didn't validate it & when we were validating and asked him to wait he just left. And after seeing the package we observed one of the box is empty
