ALPs will be taught Transportation course just in 126 hours while for Guards it is 180 +hours. The cost of ALP is more. It is detrimental to the Safety to utilise ALPs as Guards. Withdraw all orders

Instruct Zones to withdraw illegal and inconsistent orders to utilise ALPs as Guards.Ensure to fill-up vacancies. Ensure to sanitize & disinfect the Brakevan, Running Rooms. Don't humiliate Guards.
