@Airtel_Presence Please let us know, how we can submit is a disconnection request. We will switch to jio.

[Krishna Chaitanya @krishna208]

@airtelindia internet connection not working from the last 15 min days and we couldn't get a technician visit and check the issue. Service request number 10465779393. Last week request 10460748036 they left it open saying your number is not reachable.

[Krishna Chaitanya @krishna208]

@Airtel_Presence Can you ask your technician to come and connect to wifi once. Or can you pull up the usage stats once and check if atleast a byte is used from the day first complaint is raised.

[Krishna Chaitanya @krishna208]

@airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am tired of calling your technicians and call centers. If you can't even send someone to send someone to check the issue for 17 days probably you are a sinking ship and we need to jump out.

[Krishna Chaitanya @krishna208]

@airtelindia Today I was sitting holding the mobile in my hands just to make sure that I will not miss the agent call. He simply moved the ticket to 19th. @airtelindia what is the next step? Close the ticket saying customer is not worth the visit?

[Krishna Chaitanya @krishna208]

@Airtel_Presence And the issue is resolved by closing the ticket. A super man from Airtel picked up the issue, set it into work in progress and closed the tickets all within one min. And the internet is not working from last 16 days.

Came across a freedom fighter named S.S. Vishwanatha Das. He is the answer to my long time search for how did Indians feel about the Julian Walbha massacre 1919. He included the message of the Punjab massacre is the most horrible act on the earth in his stage plays. #swaraj75

@karmakomik Almost there. https://t.co/jnU1sYshxB. The IPS officer leading the search effort is my classmate. We are waiting for his update in our Whatsapp group.
