On the allegations circulating on social media regarding the OMR sheet of Re-NEET candidate Avaneesh Srivastava, NTA Sources said- "The image being circulated on social media is not the OMR sheet on record with the NTA. It is a digitally altered version."

The sources added that the circulated image contains “wrong serial numbers, spelling mistakes in the instructions at the top of the sheet, and incorrect field labels.”

They further said that the name “Ajeet Singh, son of Lakhan Singh and Reena Singh,” appearing on the viral image “does not correspond to any candidate registered for NEET (UG) 2026.”

The sources added that the representation submitted by the candidate’s family had been examined on merit, a written response along with a copy of the genuine OMR sheet had been shared with the family, and “the result stands as declared because it is based on the candidate’s own genuine OMR sheet.”

फर्जी ओएम���र शीट से सावधान

NTA ने हाल ही में सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित एक कथित OMR शीट विवाद पर अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट साझा की है।

यह दावा किया गया था कि 21 जून 2026 को आयोजित Re-NEET (UG) परीक्षा में एक अभ्यर्थी की उत्तर-पत्रिका किसी अन्य उम्मीदवार "अजीत सिंह" के नाम से अपलोड हुई है।

इस पर NTA ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनके रिकॉर्ड में मौजूद OMR शीट वास्तविक है, जिसमें अभ्यर्थी का सही नाम, माता-पिता के नाम, हस्ताक्षर और अंगूठे का निशान दर्ज है।

परिणाम भी इसी शीट के मूल्यांकन पर आधारित है।

जांच में पाया गया कि सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित छवि उसी वास्तविक शीट का डिजिटल रूप से बदला हुआ संस्करण है, जिसमें केवल पहचान संबंधी विवरण बदले गए हैं।

बारकोड, टेस्ट बुकलेट नंबर और 180 प्रश्नों के उत्तर पैटर्न वास्तविक शीट से पूरी तरह मेल खाते हैं, जो किसी अन्य उम्मीदवार के होने की संभावना को समाप्त करता है।

साथ ही, "अजीत सिंह" नाम का कोई अभ्यर्थी डेटाबेस में मौजूद ही नहीं है।

फॉरेंसिक विश्लेषण से यह भी साबित हुआ कि प्रसारित छवि में कई तकनीकी और टाइपोग्राफिकल विकृतियाँ हैं, जैसे "Roll Ne" और "correctly Nilled" जैसी गलतियाँ, प्रश्न क्रमांक की गड़बड़ी और असंगत शब्द।

ये संकेत बताते हैं कि छवि AI या OCR आधारित ��ूल से बनाई गई है।

NTA ने अभ्यर्थी के परिवार को लिखित उत्तर भेजकर वास्तविक OMR शीट की प्रति भी उपलब्ध कराई है।

एजेंसी ने कहा कि यह मामला दो उम्मीदवारों की शीट के मिलान का नहीं, बल्कि एक फर्जी छवि प्रस्तुत करने का है।

परिणाम यथावत रहेगा और आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई पर विचार किया जा रहा है।
