I met this amazing woman and her dad last October in Delhi.
When her dad narrated how he had to leave his house they just constructed with all their heart and income was so painful! He was a Government officer and he had to flee his home (Kashmir) with his wife and 2 young girl children on that fateful period in 1990.

Nope they didn’t wish to go back to Kashmir, they didn’t carry bitterness, rather they stood tall, they were everything our Dharma stands for!

He stunned me when he said, “we were better off, as I could get transfer to some other city. Imagine people whose livelihood in rooted in Kashmir, they are orphans, beggars in some random city, having to start their life from ZERO��

She and her dad left an indelible scar in my heart! I mean who would come out so pure, like coming out of fire shining like Gold!
