@AmazonHelp That is the issue. I have emailed them twice already and I was told to wait 2 working days. It has been 10 working days since the first email.
Please redirect me to emails that will actually respond.

@amazonIN my account has been locked for no apparent reason for over 2 weeks, I have contacted customer service 5+ times, worst service and most incompetent people around leading me to dead ends. And my account is still locked! Will close my account if this is ever resolved 😡
