@airindia What an experience and so lovely Lunch. Very thankful to air India to always arrange for lunch. It’s really good. All air hostesses were very humble. The take off was awesome and smooth and landed well. Although there was little delay in boarding… we reached on time.

@EurekaForbes 4 months since my Aquaguard is not working.I called technicians bt all just passing the calls.the tickets raised on app are closed without providing service. During AMC renewal your people are after me but why have I not got free service till date?KeshavNagar, Pune

@jagograhakjago @EurekaForbes My complaint is not resolved. I was told to buy a new machine and you will discount about 2000 on service or something like that. My entire machine is spoiled due to your company official who robbed the parts. Why should I buy new machine? Either refund or give me new machine.

@BlueStarLtd @jagograhakjago I have purchased BlueStar AC 3 days ago from Amazon and till now no one has contacted for installation from company. I created a tickets additionally on their website but it has got canceled automatically without addressing. Hoping it can be resolved.

Update: company told me: PCB for both indoor & outdoor unit is not available, the AC cannot be repaired as the machine is 7 years old. the company has stopped making available parts in just 7 years or is to a strategy to buy new ACs ? I purchased BlueStar brand AC now.

@EurekaForbes @jagograhakjago Hi I have got a response that I have to buy a new machine and to fix same machine then I should buy new part.Why would I buy a new when Aquaguard service agent caused the problem? I am ok to settle with half of the machine amount as refund. So i can invest in a new machine.

I don’t know why a customer has to come to twitter to reach to customer care? How come you don’t respond on in-app complaints.

@jagograhakjago seeking your help please. There was a day light fraud with my Aquaguard machine and none of the officials are helping to resolve. @EurekaForbes employee possibly removed the original part and put a fake one during AMc service around Feb 24

This is such a bad service. What is the point of having AMC ?

@EurekaForbes I called Head Manager of my area Keshav Nagar -Mr. Sushil since last 3 days. 4 days back when I called he told me to send complain number but No reply! He is not receiving my calls. I hear his call on waiting most of times. Neither he calls back nor any reply to my sms.
